    Works great

    I did have to find instructions online for this item to set up. Since this was such a good price I didn't find that a problem. I have no problems with the seller or receipt of the item. My only problem is that I got this to have as a backup phone so I didn't have to take my cell phone up and down the stairs. I got phone service with my internet which just happened to be cheaper that way. The phone is really just for an emergency if I forget to take my cell phone upstairs. I really had no intention of using it much or even at all. I wanted a phone that would allow the ringer to be turned off. You can silence the ringer on this but even with it silenced it still rings sometimes which is annoying. I don't know if this is because the phone is used or just a fault in the phone itself. ...

    Mislabeled item - it was used and sold as new

    We got the phone and there were scratches on the main base, the batteries were not packaged as new. It did not come in original box. This was definitely a used item being sold as new.

    Stylish and easy to use Panasonic phone

    Came well packaged and shipped quickly. Love the style and color. Phone is easy to use. I love that and do not like complicated phones or set ups. Sound is great over the handsets and using speaker too. Only fault I find is the answering machine does not re-play messages loud enough. I have to get real close to hear the messages. The phone was reasonably priced so I can live with it. Everything else about the phone and the extension phone with it is good.

    Good Phone

    It seems to be a good phone. Due to telemarketers being out of control I do like the call block feature. I am unable to attest to the battery life as I have not had the phone very long and I do not use it often.

    An excellect phone at a great price.

    I like everything about this phone except for 2 things. Our barn is a distance from our home. My previous cordless phone's range worked in our barn. This phone doesn't. The other is that there's no audible beep notifying you of message(s). So, I use a standalone answering machine.
