These are really top of the range air purifiers and are what they say on the box.
I purchased two second hand from electromedstore and ordered the replacement filters from the manufacturer at the same time.
It was a bit messy trying to arrange a pick up which was my fault as I was unsure of when I'd be driving through on my way to Melbourne. Once purchased a phone call would have made communication more straight forward.

Upon delivery the fan in the purifier was found to be not working at all. The seller was contacted and a number of remedies were suggested and tried, with the fan continuing to be non functional. When a refund was requested, the seller repeatedly refuse to provide one despite their obligation under ACL to do so. A refund was ultimately obtained, however the overall customer service experience provided by the seller was poor.
