    The Best Chocolate Dessert Book Ever Written 5 Stars

    Pierre Herme is probably the world's best pastry chef, so when it comes to chocolate I trust him as a source. I love his layered extravaganza chocolate desserts that he creates with ease. This book is filled with highly useful information, You will not be sorry it is a fantastic book. I have tried some of the recipes and they are nothing short of completely amazing.

    Chocolate Desserts

    This book can run pretty expensive, but if one waits long enough, one can get it for under $15. Either way, it's still worth the price. The recipes are not complicated. The results are amazing! Great colour pictures too.
