I can’t yet comment on how it holds up over time, but I received the ear pads today and put them on my Jabra Voice headset (the original ones had starting falling apart). The fit on these was tight, which was good once they are on. The padding seems good and they are comfortable to wear. Overall I am happy with the quality and fit.
