The only reason that I did not give this computer a "5" rating was that it tends to be VERY slow in response time. It takes forever for it to open a new window or change a page. I cannot figure out what is wrong and how to fix it. Otherwise, the computer is lightweight...very. The keys are big enough that is is easy to type...I have been using a tablet and my phone..augh. My rating of a "4" does not mean that it is better than I expected as I expect what I ordered and what was advertised. My "4" says that I was a little under impressed. This is not your fault, just and FYI. It took 15 days past when the PO said it would deliver my package for it to get to me. Anyhoo, very pleased. Here's to happy computing.

The product did not come with a Windows 10S product key. When Microsoft updated, it corrupted the Windows 10S and the recovery partition. The laptop is now non functional. I will not buy a laptop with Windows 10s again.
