Zip was unbroken went sent. Zip was as described "gets stuck over bulky seam" hence low price $10.50 for designer item. Full refund plus postage given as well as allowing buyer to keep the dress for free. Really disappointing the buyer left this dishonest and negative review when I always deal honestly and fairly.
