Deceptive Advertising Phone charger cable, costing approx $8, was described on ebay as "fast charging" which was misleading. Product was delivered more than one week after purchase but took over 5 hrs to fully recharge my Samsung phone from a 25% battery level. I emailed my concerns to seller several times but his responses have been evasive and obfuscating. Seller promised to send a replacement cable 10 days ago but no cord has been received - blames postage delays!!
