Item was loosely packed in a padded envelop only. There was a extra thin layer of bubble wrap covering the deck but there was no deck sleeve/carat case or even transporting in a box. Tracking number also stated it was delivered to a place in the states where it was redelivered to my country. Seller mentioned she/he has sold over 1000 decks and always no issues in the states. When asked for full refund / partial refund, she stated only $10 usd refund. Poor packaging, could be improved
