The seller posted immediately, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately the item looks to be used. The box was completely sealed though so it seems like the damage was caused by the manufacturer, not the seller. Still a bit disappointing though when you pay for a brand new item.

A true indication of a sellers integrity and trustworthiness is what they do when you have a problem. When I got this originally the microphone appeared to have been poorly assembled. Looked terrible. So I contacted the seller who contacted me over the phone in LESS THAN 24HRs! They sent me a new one -express post and supplied a return paid satchel to return the other one. WOW! I'm super impressed. Can't recommend these guys enough. If I could give a higher score I would! Highly recommend!!
