Although the seller and I had our differences, the seller was still very responsive to messages sent while remaining respectful. The description called for sealed box and seller sent a box that looked as though it had been tampered with. My opinion on even simple mistakes is that you have to take the loss on mistakes even when they're slight and although it isn't pleasent and hurts the wallet, sellers often have to sacrifice. Overall, seller put great effort into explanation.
