They did a great job packing it BUT the bubble wrap around the vase was soaked in cat pee. She offered me 50% off my next purchase. I wasn’t interested in making another purchase so I asked if the shipping on my purchase could be refunded. She refused. I get it, I’m a small business owner as well. Taking a loss is tough but at the end of the day my $300 vase should not have arrived covered in cat pee. She said she just does this as a hobby, which is very clear with the lack of customer service!
