    The part worked!

    The product I received was in working order. I can now use my tv again. LG has a terrible design flaw with a few models that if one led fails the whole panel will not work!

    It Works, Genuinely!

    My LG 50UH5530 failed to come on. No sound, no picture, and the red light blinks three times when I plugged it in. I could only see a flash of the LG logo. Replacing the LED strips (DIY project) solved the problem! My TV has both the picture and sound now!

    LG led backlights

    Not easy to get to them with all the adhesives and screws...but worth the effort. These led strips brought the TV back to life!

    Definitely the better option if your TV breaks!

    Bought to repair an otherwise good shape, 4 year old TV. Definitely preferred this $30/$40 purchase instead of a $600-$800 purchase for a new television!! Can't recommend enough
