The seller likes to hide behind their disclaimer that if they make a listing mistake, the pictures are "part of the description". I received an item that was poorly packed, not the item that was listed, and somehow they had no fault - in fact, they were not willing to admit to any mistake. So many hoops, no time. I solved the issue on my own with the help of another reputable ebay member.

As I stated in the many communications with you, we apologized for the mistake and the return was accepted for a full refund. Since the item was shipped through Ebay international, they handle the return COMPLETELY!! I called them at your request to try to change the return shipping service for your convenience and they could not make the change. There would have been no hoops if you followed their instructions.
