Changed mind on the sale and wanted more money for shipping. I suppose giving benefit of the doubt vendor really thought it was in great shape. Arrived very well packed but it took forever to get and Ebay's tracking sucks, specially when it crosses the border. It would not operate. Needed a new motor start capacitor and a new meter. Really all I got was a switch I needed. $50 shipping for a switch not worth the trouble.
