This item was listed as a 6 quart pot. It is not. It is a 2 1/2 quart pot. I am still in the process of trying to return it to the seller. Currently it was shipped back to their house, but they were not home to receive the item so the package is at the post office. I have not received my refund because they are stating that I did not return the package. The owner did not put the correct information about this item on the website. I will never order from eBay or the seller ever again!

I received my purchase, which was broken in the box. Upon contacting the seller, I received an immediate refund and a kind response indicating these things happen (especially with fragile items) and not to worry. I'm not sure that it could get better than this with a damaged item. Exceptional seller and very honest, with immediate action to correct an issue that was beyond their control. Easily warrants positive feedback and a recommendation to buy here, without hesitation.
