Do not deal with this company. They sent me a damaged cooler, the box was old and beat up, the fins on the cooler was all bent, the Argb cable was damaged. It took 16 days to arrive from Sydney. Ask them for a full refund, they wanted to give me $6 and keep the item , I said " I would like a full refund", then they offered $12 , Said "NO", then they said 50%, still said " No, I would like a full refund", so had to use eBay to get my money back.😡😡😡

Heater arrived and to my surprise the heater plug is not a AUD plug, an adapter was provided BUT this was not mentioned anywhere on the advertisement, this is not being honest and forthcoming with the correct information, buyers should be made aware of this before they decide whether they should purchase it or not, I have since sent the seller an msg but no reply yet
