    I received the item damaged, and was told to send it back with a letter stating I needed a new one sent back that was packaged better. They did not let me know what the status was on the one coming back, I had to contact them. Then when i finally got one back it was the same damaged one that I sent them! Tried to contact them, no response, had to get eBay involved to send it back and get a refund. They are hard to communicate with and not concerned about the problem, would not buy from them.

    Great Apple product from a great supplier via E Bay

    I pod touch looks great, easy to use ,fast at a great price. The disappointing part originally was that the battery was totally dead when taken from box, so unable to see if worked. Grandson tried to charge then I tried to check to if it worked but no luck. Checked instructions as no note in regards to charging before starting up .Charged it over night and away it went in the morning thank goodness as I was going to send it back. Right now totally happy and appreciated the way I was treated when I was going to send it back, lemhtur

    Possible Battery Issues.

    Battery is suspect because the battery indicator is inaccurate. Don't know how long the battery life is for use or for product life. Makes it hard to charge correctly as well. Too bad because the physical appearance of the item is great.

    Didn’t want to spend a lot of money on an MP3 player with a camera. Brand new IPod’s are expensive! My kids are always using my iPhone for the camera or music so they’re used to using Apple products. I don’t want them having a cell phone so this works perfectly.. My phone is FINALLY FREE of all my kids random photos and videos of toys and their kid music! I’m just as happy as they are with their “new-but used” gifts. Can’t say that I see anything wrong with them. Everything works just as good as my phone. No lag, easy access to what they need. Smooth navigation throughout the device. Great sound. No problems. I’m very happy I made this purchase.
