Knife was as described - brand new, in original cardboard sheath. It was shipped in a USPS "bag" wrapped in many layers of thin styrofoam, which the knife easily poked through at the top, and the tip got bent in shipping. It's still an amazing knife and I'm not sending it back, but I don't like that they shipped it in such a poor way.
