Great dress, exactly as it was advertised and just what I wanted. Postage time reasonable.
Communication, hugely lacking - the seller left feedback for the wrong person on my profile and has done nothing that I can see to correct that, not even a feedback "reply" saying something along the lines of "sorry, left feedback for the wrong person". Even after a message conversation about fixing it.
So, largely a negative experience. I wouldn't do it again.

As from the previous correspondence with you I kindly apologised to you regarding the wrong feedback. I wish that you contacted me regarding the follow up. I have been on holidays for the last 3 weeks and had no contact with my ebay account. I returned home yesterday and took my account of the holiday mode. Very sorry for the experience with my store. I was so very proud of my 100% customer service since 2018 and sadly could not respond fast enough since I was on holiday.
