1. The item description says, no significant scratches, but the item present with big scratch mark without the box damage. Even no function disturbance but the true description should the good buyer be.
2. Before you buy, the buyer is quick respond. After that 2-3 days respond.
3. Before you buy, he accept the request, he can do. But when the item arrived and nothing happen as request, he said that it’s the shipping company issue.!!! And no any sorry word.

Using an overseas vendor (Japan) was my first experience. Their fair acceptance of making an offer, with free shipping, was very attractive to me. Being it was international the wait was understandably a bit longer, no problem. Having said that it was worth the waiting! Machine came in perfect condition and at this moment is making money already 50% of its cost. I will order again as my sign business grows w this seller.
