Excellent product to use, one of more realiable SSD on the market. Great for converting / upgrading from 5400RPM 2.5" SATA Hd drives in laptops. With suitalbe clone/migration software, upgrading a laptop's "old" SATA Hd to the new SSD Hd gives new life and great speed improvements to laptop's OS and applictions. The size of the SSD is associated with the exisitng 2.5" SATA Hd size. You can scale up, and have a larger capacity Hd, then have extra extra space but need to look at the cloning software, how it treats the conversion, with possible PARTITIONING to give C: drive , D: drive; etc Excellent product to use, one of more realiable SSD on the market. Good reliable Solid State Drive. While the capacity isn't huge these drives are large enough to use as a primary drive for your operating system and software. Reimaging an old/tired hard drive onto one of these SSD's is a very cheap and relatively simple process which can give you a couple of extra years out of your old PC or laptop. New Lease of Life for old Laptop
Replacing a legacy 500GB HDD in a laptop with this product has lead to much faster startup and processing speeds, increased storage and a total new lease of life for my wife's laptop. Hopefully she won't nag me any more over her slow computer. Even she was impressed with the difference.

3rd Crucial SSD I've Used - All Have Been Good
Third laptop I've upgraded at home, third time with a Crucial SSD. Good value, bought with confidence, no problems. Comes with a licence for an OEM version of Acronis True Image via download in the box, makes transfer of old hard drive to new (and takes care of resizing partitions and making drive bootable) an absolute breeze. Make sure that you have the correct SATA to USB cable, though, so you can simply copy your old drive to the new one via USB - some sellers supply the cable, some do not - but it isn't usually part of the deal. Overall, there are slightly cheaper brands, but I'm happy sticking with the crucial SSDs. Cheers.Third laptop I've upgraded at home, third time with a Crucial SSD.
