When I messaged the seller about this I got an immediate response and a collection and return was arranged for the following day. As soon as the item was received by them I received a phone call and an immediate refund was arranged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Digitalis Audio to anyone as the customer service is absolutely brilliant! Even though I did not keep the item it was a very nice looking, quality piece of equipment, at a great price.
