    Might need to reformat

    It took a few hours for me to figure out how to make this external hard drive usable. My computer (Windows XP) recognized the device okay, but failed to assign it a drive letter. My fix, by way of the Disk Management tool, was to delete the partition associated with the HD and then reformat (NTFS) the drive. This could be true for any hard drive.

    Everyone Likes these since they are soo small

    Love: Size and quality it has a light that lets you know when you can use it. I had sold one to a customer and he wanted another one. I personally use one in my computer repair business to back up customers data

    Pleased

    This drive is quite, stays cool, and it seems to be very reliable. I use it as a Time Machine for my MacBook Pro and as a storage unit. It powers straight from the USB connection with my MacBook with no problem.
