Hello! I'm sorry you didn't like the bag. The fact is that the VIP GIFT version is not sold in Chanel boutiques and does not have serial numbers, codes, tags and documents - this is not couture! This is written in the product description. You want to return the bag to me 3 weeks after receiving it and I see that now it is not in the same condition in which I sent it. Therefore your refund is denied. Thank you for understanding!
