Oil arrived well packaged . Sadly add said “new “ and when arrived the bottle had been opened - seal broken . Seller said it hadn’t been used . However being a doterra consultant, should have stated seal was broken in add . Aside from this mishap - safely packaged . Prompt communication. I’d buy again - but would expect no seals were broken as to me that’s no longer a new item - state so In add if so - then buyer is aware .
