I wrote to the seller noting the coat is significantly larger than I anticipated for a Lee Matthews size 3. I wanted to return it—ebay and Australian consumer law has a "not fit for purpose" clause that allows returns regardless of a sellers' policies. This seller's policy was "no returns"; so ebay suggested that I ask the seller to make an exception, given the coat is unwearable by me. After over a fortnight's grace, I I received no response from this seller, hence my rating.
