I had a shoot booked and needed a gimbal but usps wasn’t able to deliver the package in the given time frame. This company went above and beyond to try and get my gimbal to me on time but we just weren’t able to make it happen so I had to go buy one from Best Buy. They issued me a refund and told me to keep the item to help compensate for the delivery issues. It’s rare these days to find good customer service but these guys went above and beyond! I’ll definitely be shopping here again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
