    Just another cop, just another big city . . .

    Slow, stilted. Exotic, war-torn city of 3,000,000 should be the star. Mixture of locals, Catholics, Buddhists, American GIs, International Press, 1960s, Lots going on. Maybe as an autobiography . . .
