Product came without markings showing which port is which. For most ports it is not an issue but USB C ports are identical and one being power delivery and other one data there was possibility of damaging the hub due to “improper” use. Potentially factory seconds sold at abut 22% higher price than one I previously bought. “Customer service” stalled for about 4 days while they sorted photos shoving different locations of power and data USB C. it works, but…be careful.
