Amazing seller, while packaging the figure it broke in the waist, sadly this is a common occurrence with this figure even new , but the seller contacted me about this, and offered a full refund if I no longer wanted it, or a partial refund if I wanted it to repair it. Most sellers would have just shipped it out, and blamed the breakage on the shipper. The figure was very securely packaged, and shipped out quickly. I highly recommend this seller, and appreciate their honesty.
