Seller listed item as NEW for $20 (twice what used ones cost). When I got the item it was used & dirty. Seller admitted they didn't even check item's condition. I asked to get a partial refund of $10 but the seller insisted I had to return it. I did not want to return it because it's totally fine as a used condition item and I'm unable to ship things out currently. It just baffled me how stubborn this seller was about wanting to squeeze $10 extra out of a dusty old Dell keyboard from 2002.
