    Great cd of the other Merseyside acts,

    Really excellent cd and appropriate as it was 60 years this year we first heard of Merseybeat. Has lots of the original Merseybeat bands and their recordings. One for the purists as this contains the lesser known acts to those born outside of Liverpool. Historically excellent and recommended.

    Based on you know what you are getting - groups recorded in a cinema on a oneshot basis, the sound is good.

    As this replaces my vinyl my only real disappointment is that it only has 24 tracks compared to my original vinyl which has 29. However I was aware of that before I bought the product and it is the only CD version around so its better than nothing!
