This machine is awesome!!! I used a recipe that another reviewer listed (1/2 semolina, 1/2 flour, 4 room temperature eggs) and it came out perfect!!! I wanted to be able to make tubular pasta because I already had the Marcato machine that flattens. This machine did a great job. Pasta was thicker than what I am use to with the flattening machine, but still tasted so good. I soaked my die while I was cleaning up and boiling the water, then used a little hand brush. Others talked about cleaning being difficult, but I did not find that to be the case. It is time consuming because you turn about 2 whole turns and then cut the pasta, but so worth the effort!
