I had a very good experience with the seller. I bought a Mrs Tea tea maker which was discontinued somewhere around 1995. I was told that the condition was "open box" but never used. It arrived quickly and was exactly as I was told. I felt like I was going back in time when i opened the box. All the original packaging, the original tea samples, a coupon for $1 off tea, the instructions were on old paper etc. It was wonderful and works great!! Thank you!! I love the tea maker!
