Been a week, no contact. No tracking number, nothing. Seller will probably claim some nonsense about being busy(they clearly do volume on ebay so this is more than just some guy cleaning his garage) or "I ship items on x day"(been a week and hasn't even done the invoice that would give me a tracking number). Both are just excuses.
