I was a little disappointed when I received this product - It was missing the adjustable strap inside the helmet. Although it was not listed as part of the product when I purchased it, being unfamiliar with the product I believe it should have been pointed out that it was missing the strap instead of just not listing it as being included. The helmet was purchased for my grandson and without the strap - it made it impossible for him to keep on his head.
