Shipping and communication is great, and the price is perfect... I had it for a week when it stopped working one day. When I relayed this information to the seller, the response from them was 2 options... they will send out 2 new motors, and a new junction/power box for me to replace myself (I have no idea what I'm doing in that department), or they would refund me $20 for someone to have those components replaced for me (I don't know a business that would do that, do you?)... no other options
