    Picture of item shows bright, shiny purse. Purse arrived extremely faded. Contacted seller, she said she uses "professional photography" and that it shows the pictures I see. Obviously this "professional photography" shows an item in somewhat of an altered state, much brighter. She offered to have me return it at my expense. I won't return it as the postage is too expensive, will just donate this purse. Very unhappy purchase. Seller was responsive but item not at all like pictured.
