The seller said he would give me a refund for shipping the item back he did not he owes me 3366 for shipping and he will not give it to me. So he lied about the shipping.that’s not right.?

He sent the computer back without waiting for a return label from us and then demanded money for shipping. There was nothing wrong with the computer and he did not ship all the parts of the computer back, he kept some parts. We did issue a full refund and he still isn't happy. You just cant please some people.
