Picture showed box in perfect condition. Box was trashed on arrival. Contacted seller who blamed Australia Post. No evidence of packing box damage to support this. Seller said it was packaged well. Therefore lego box must’ve been damaged before it was sent and advertised with a different item picture. Seller argued Lego inside box was new. No further reply. No offer of compensation. As a Lego collector I won’t buy from here again. I need to buy the set again elsewhere with $60 down the drain.

Please rest assured, the set is brand new and remains in its original condition.
However, the box might has experienced some creasing due to the delivery process, based on the picture provided by the buyer, it has one creased line on the right hand side, even though I put another calton box and fit in the set as another layer of protection.I sincerely apologize that the box didn't arrive in perfect condition.
