    I paid for the item, but was informed item was out of stock, so seller messaged and offered a different item that had nothing to do with the original. when i declined, seller was extremely rude and mocked my choice. Very very rude seller, but at least they gave me a full and immediate refund.

    I offered you a more superior product instead of the cheap rubber backed one your chose at no additional cost. I would have sold it less that cost price and I don't see this as being rude or mocking you. I see this as excellent customer service as I would have sold it less that my cost price, so your child was not disappointed. I sell Toys for kids not adults
