This ensured that my item arrived undamaged from Japan to the United States. The item also appears to be new and authentic, which is very important to me.

A reminder to anyone buying a Japanese Icom product, that the included Japanese charger is designed for 100V only, If you use 120V, the voltage will not be lowered enough, and you will most likely damage your receiver.
