I'm a vocalist and vocal coach based in Nashville, Tennessee. Passage is my 3rd CD and my 2nd project with my producer, Green Daniel. The songs on Passage, with the exception of the very last track (a hauntingly beautiful traditional Swedish song), were all brought to my attention by Green. He truly has a gift for finding songs for me to interpret in this 'modern jazz' style that we are enjoying bringing to the table. There is no swing feel on this CD; rather a group of very talented jazz musicians, doing their thing with these non-jazz songs, and doing it with beauty.
