The card arrived securely package in great condition. Even when idle with no active connections, the card tends to run a bit hot. I expected to stay cooler given the size of the heatsink. I haven't yet tested all four 2.5GbE ports simultaneously, so I can’t speak to full load performance. Unfortunately the card seems to hold the system in the C2 power state. When I try to run powertop --auto-tune, the system freezes completely. From what I’ve gathered, this is a known issue with certain NICs.
