    This seller is unfortunately unprofessional, irresponsible and lacks basic communication skills to run a business, as a business owner myself I was confused at the responses in the messenger when it was brought to his/her attention that the item was shipped back to them. They didn't call the post office, they didn't call ebay, they didn't track the shipping they did nothing and after I formally requested a refund and filled a claim then and only then did they call ebay. zero stars!

    Great curling iron just as described

    This is just as described. My other one broke when I dropped it so I just needed another one. This one is much better. However, when it said it was open box, I thought it just meant that someone had opened it and not used it. It was clearly used, but I didn’t mind as I needed it and it was a good price. Works perfectly.
