The seller Lovoski offered 30% of the cost back instead of sending the damaged Air Filter back, as it would cost a fortune to send the damaged one back for a refund. The seller negotiated and eventually decided to replace the destroyed Filter at no cost to me. I held my breath when the replacement arrived - the packaging was crushed too!
