Excuses given were: the item is damaged we're waiting for new stock! Then it was 'the carrier TRIED to deliver it, but couldn't! Next came 'the carrier can't deliver to that address'. All along it could be seen in the tracking that the carrier had never even COLLECTED it! YES, they gave me my money back after I put in a dispute with EBAY. But this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!
