    The quality and condition of the slip cover is as stated. It appears to be brand new or close to it. The price was reasonable but the packing is questionable. I think if the hard enveloped had " do not bend" maybe the mail person wouldn't shove it in the mailbox. I don't blame the seller I blame the USPS for not using common sense. Sorry. No damaged occurred and I'm happy with my purchase.
