They had very very very good communication and where of great help getting to the bottom of the shipping problem. thank you

The only regret was that FedEx delivered my purchase to another person and address, apparently due to a 3rd party shipper error. The seller was more than happy to resolve the issue and was charitable immediately to give a refund. I asked him for 24hrs to attempt retrieval of my package through FedEx . This was to no avail .
