    Presta valve spacers for use in Schrader rims. They work...

    I bought a new MTN bike and to my surprise it came with Schrader rims and tubes which is unusual given the industry's move to Presta rims and valves isn't new. Only low-end bikes from Walmart or Target usually come with Schraders anymore. And being I had a stock of Presta-equipped tubes from my previous bike, I decided to try these spacers when I needed to replace a tube rather than buy Schrader-equipped tubes. And they work as advertised. I don't have any complaints or regrets in choosing this solution.

    These worked perfectly for me. I installed new rim tape at the same time and that allowed me to put the tape over the inserts, keeping them in place. I recommend that.
